Russian tennis player Andrei Rublev commented on the victory over American Brandon Nakashima (6: 2, webpage 6: 1) in the second round of the ATP tournament in San Diego (USA).
«I know Nakashima is a great tennis player. From the very beginning of the match, I thought that I needed to dominate. I tried to use my forehand and dictate the course of the game. Everything worked out in my favor. From game to game, I played better and better, I managed to win a landslide victory. True, even today there were moments when I felt uncomfortable. At the tournament in Boston there was a fairly low bounce, but here the ball bounces very high. In the quarterfinals of the tournament, website Rublev will play with Argentinean Diego Schwartzman.
