The Orange Diet for Weight Loss

«The diet is intended to last three weeks and involves a daily calorie intake of 1200 calories. This diet is expected to result in a weight loss of 8-10 kg.

You must consume one orange every three hours (only 1 kg per day). Aside from that, two cooked eggs and two liters of gas-free water make up the daily diet. The next two weeks will be more contemplative.

The second week has arrived.

Consume 1 kilogram of oranges (in the form of juices) every day, as well as lots of water and a little bit of oatmeal over the water. Porridge should never be sweet, no matter how salty or tasteless it is. Grains such as buckwheat, oats, pearl barley, and millet can all be utilized.

Three weeks have passed.

Every day, 1 kilogram of oranges and 1 liter of water are consumed. Fruits and vegetables can be used in place of oatmeal. The latter can be made in the oven or microwave and eaten raw, cooked, or steamed. There are no serving size restrictions.

This diet can be followed twice a year if desired.

Contraindications People who are allergic to citrus fruits should avoid this diet. Also, if you notice any redness or breakouts on your skin, immediately discontinue your diet. Even the healthiest of persons could break out in hives if they eat this many oranges on a regular basis.»
