Islanders general manager Lou Lamorello spoke about the contractual situation of some of the players, homepage TSN reported.
He has confirmed that former Montreal defender Erik Gustafsson will join the team in training camp on viewing conditions.
Lamorello also said that a new bilateral contract has been signed with goalkeeper Corey Schneider.
In addition, agreements have been reached with forwards Kieffer Bellows and web site Michael Del Call. Both players will be at training camp.
